Introducing the idea of stereochemistry and conformation to students can be challenging, and models definitely help in such visualizations. The article introduces some cut-out models to show the symmetry of cyclohexane conformation, and a way of viewing stereochemical pairs of molecular structures. It ends with some anecdotes that can inject humor into an otherwise serious endeavor.Downloads
